At MHKK Tours & Taxi Services, we do our best to accommodate your transportation needs and understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.

                                                                                                             ⏱️ Standard Cancellation Policy

7+ Days in Advance: Cancel your booking at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled service to receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

• 3–5 Days in Advance: Cancellations made between 3 and 5 calendar days in advance will receive a partial refund, as a late cancellation fee will be applied.
• 2 Days or Less in Advance: Cancellations made within 2 calendar days of your scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

                                                                                                            ✈️ Changes Outside of Your Control

If your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control—such as flight or cruise ship itinerary changes or cancellations—we will provide a full refund, minus any processing fees.📧

                                                                                                                  How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking and begin the refund process, please contact us directly via phone or email. Please provide the primary name on the reservation and your booking ID number.

We process all approved refunds within 48 hours of your request. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
