At MHKK Tours & Taxi Service, we do our best to accommodate your transportation needs and understand that plans can change. 

 Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our team. 

Standard Cancellation

• 7+ Days in Advance: Cancel your booking at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled booking and receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
• 3–5 Days in Advance: Cancellations made between 3 and 5 calendar days in advance will receive a refund along with a late cancellation fee will be applied.
• 2 Days or Less in Advance: For cancellations within 2 calendar days of your scheduled booking, you will receive a 50% refund.

Changes Outside of Your Control
In the event your travel plans are forcibly changed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as flight or ship itinerary changes or cancellations, we will provide a full refund, minus any processing fees.

How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us directly via call or email and provide the name and booking id number. We are always here to assist with any requests you may have.

Processing Timeline
We process refunds within 48 hours of your cancellation request. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
